The European Society for Medical Oncology’s and the Japanese Society of Medical Oncology’s journal, Annals of Oncology, offers quick and effective peer-reviewed articles on cutting-edge cancer therapies or translational research pertaining to oncology and precision medicine.

Systemic anticancer therapy (with a focus on novel immune therapies and molecularly targeted agents), high-level guidelines, randomised trials (including negative ones), and emerging fields like molecular pathology, bioinformatics, contemporary statistics, and biotechnologies that are becoming important components of personalised medicine are among the main areas of interest. Manuscripts in radiotherapy, surgery, or paediatrics may be taken into consideration if they exhibit a clear relationship to one of the aforementioned fields or if they represent a paradigm change.

The goal of Annals of Oncology, which has a sizable worldwide editorial board made up of professionals in their domains, is to provide the greatest information possible on the rapidly changing and always changing global oncology scene.
