This book serves as a revision companion for the UEMS breast exam, providing a condensed overview of key messages and facts from the exam-linked textbook published in 2017. It offers self-test opportunities in the final chapter, featuring key facts at the beginning of each section. The chapters have been edited in collaboration with the exam board and most of the original authors, ensuring relevance to the exam.

Designed to complement the UEMS breast surgery exam, which occurs annually, the book aligns with two feeder courses: the EBSQ Exam Preparatory Course by the Division of Breast Surgery and the Advanced Course on Breast Cancer by the ESSO. It is also valuable for candidates taking the FRCS exam with a focus on breast surgery.

The last chapter provides insights into the exam format, scoring system, and examples of both the written (MCQ) and oral examination. The MCQ section includes 25 questions with correct answers, and a Clinical Case scenario with indicative questions for the oral exam. Additionally, a list of academic papers for discussion in recent oral exams is included, along with indicative questions.
