Through the Medical Breast Training Program, physicians will get the skills and information necessary to assess and treat common breast problems, manage risk based on individual needs, and offer care for breast cancer survivors. The intention is to provide information to professionals in the field regarding genetics, survivorship, risk reduction, and screening and diagnosis protocols.
The fundamental clinical subjects in the workup and management of common breast concerns, such as screening, diagnostic evaluation, risk assessment, and high-risk patient care, are the emphasis of the Clinical Care Series curriculum. Pre-recorded lectures and interactive case discussion sessions are both included in the course curriculum.
