“Systematic Technique for Frontal Sinus Surgery” is intended for anyone who want to perform formal frontal sinus dissection. This section will address the relevant surgical anatomy and useful instruments in detail. Through the use of graphics and videos, the fundamental frontal sinusotomy (Draf IIA) technique will be explained. There will also be a discussion of advanced surgical technique principles, procedures, and indications. Balloon-only operations will not be covered in the course.
Updates on the treatment of epistaxis, allergic fungal sinusitis, chronic sinusitis without nasal polyps, and Eustachian tube dysfunction will be covered in “Pearls in Rhinology.”
