The goal of this three-day course is to give participants the most recent approaches to diagnosis and treatment for all-encompassing wound care. The faculty for this transdisciplinary program comes from a variety of wound-related professions. A variety of instructional modalities are employed, such as case presentations, practical demonstrations, and didactic sessions, which provide thorough wound-management techniques (from basic to advanced). From beginners to experts, the course fulfills the continuing education requirements of a variety of wound care providers.

Healthcare professionals who treat patients with wounds are the target audience for this multidisciplinary training. Medical trainees (medical students, residents, fellows, etc.) and other healthcare professionals who treat patients with wounds are among the disciplines that comprise physicians, podiatrists, pedorthists, advanced practice providers (NP/PA), WOC, CNS, RN, LPN, physical therapists, and nutritionists.
