Case 2: The main patient is a 26-year-old man with functional problems, a history of trauma, a “long and droopy” nose, excess length and width, asymmetric nasal bones, and a bulbous, hyperprojected tip that droops.

Case 3: Inverted, post-prosthetic A fifty-year-old man with a history of childhood trauma, substantial functional impairment, a history of septoplasty, a wide radix, a wide and asymmetric bony vault, a hump and middle vault saddling, an asymmetric boxy tip, cephalic malposition, and columellar and alar retraction.

Case 4: An additional 41-year-old female patient with a history of trauma, two prior rhinoseptoplasties, a “crooked, big, and flaccid” nose, a deviation of the bone and cartilaginous structure, thick and redundant skin, an asymmetric/convex lateral crura, and a supratip deformity.

Case 5: The patient, a 31-year-old female primary, has thin skin, malformations in the contours, a narrow middle vault, a wide radix, an asymmetric lower lateral, a malformed infratip, and an excess of nasal height and projection.

Case 6: A second 29-year-old female patient with a history of septoplasty and hump reduction; residual high radix; open roof deformity; wide and thick residual tip; middle vault saddling; functional problems. Bottom heavy nose with large, undefinable tip and abnormalities in contour.
